This is our head office located downtown in the heart of business center of Kuwait City. Here, we have management offices, showroom, workshop and store. This is the only largest company in Kuwait dealing with refurbished Laptops and Desktops. At anytime, we have over 100 various Laptop models from different brands and a wide range of Desktops. We buy Laptops and Desktops in lots locally from Kuwait and from abroad, repair them in-house and display for sale. In addition to this, we also provide IT Consultancy and build Network infrastructure on contract basis.
There is one manger, an accountant, two indoor salesmen and one outdoor salesman, two technicians, secretary and a driver. Operations start date: Year 2001.

SHOWROOM
FIRST CENTER FOR COMPUTER (FCC): This is our main showroom in Qairwan Complex in Hawally, Kuwait. Qairwan Complex is the only and probably the best market/complex in all over Kuwait having variety of LAPTOPS. Anyone would like to buy Laptop, comes in this complex even for specification/price comparison.
In this showroom, we have displayed variety of new and branded Laptops covering mainly HP, DELL, Toshiba, Acer, IBM, Sony etc. The desktops are sold on order basis. Printers and Scanners mostly HP are also displayed. In addition to this, there are all sorts of accessories covering Keyboard, Mouse, Hard Disks, Flash Drives etc. Also consumables i.e. Toners and Ink Cartridges are also available.
All the above products are mostly purchased locally in Kuwait from local distributors or obtained from Dubai’s open computer market. Sometimes, we also buy from USA and UK.
There is one in-charge and three salesmen in this showroom.

SERVICE CENTER
FIRST INTERNATIONAL COMPUTER COMPANY (FICCO):This is our service center in Al Mulla Complex in Hawally, Kuwait.Here, we maintain and repair Laptops and Desktops. Also this workshop provides door-to-door service on call basis to visit offices and troubleshoot/fix their laptops/PCs. We accept annual maintenance contracts with companies for the maintenance of PCs and Printers.
There is one in-charge, two technicians and on driver with car.
